July Play Motion Lab session welcomes Ching Ching Wong, straight from her journey from Canada to the US! Come join in for two full hours of sweat and community alongside Ching and P/M/L founder Peter Cheng.

Expect non-stop, guided, instinctual movement, followed by dynamic paired phrase work that will have you bopping, twisting, pulling, shouting, flicking, spinning, and shaking.

Music inspiration provided by the best of Whitney Houston, including her 1987 hit “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)” !
