A Naturally Decolonized Framework for Businesses, Consumers and our Greater Communities
In this session we will explore the roots and far reach of colonial business practice, how to recognize harmful capitalist signalling (particularly in modern marketing), and relearn what it means to reclaim systems of efficiency, profitability and natural reparative justice.

Yoga Therapy
Virtual & In-Person at Ka Wai Wai Ma Nu’uanu
Class will be based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, also known as Yoga Chikitsa. Yoga Chikitsa is also known as Yoga Therapy, whereas the series cleanses and heals the body. The class will go over meditation, proper breath for movement, different spinal movements, functional mobility, and alignment for postures.

Dancers Unlimited’s signature movement exploration session that facilitate a deeper understanding of how and why we move. Using Brain Dance as a foundation, we release limitations and connect with our own bodies to discover our own limitless potential.

3pm-4pm HST / 9-10pm EST
Intuitive Body Work
Virtual & In-Person at Brooklyn Arts Center
The class focuses on different techniques and methods to help the body find ways to release, relax and heal by using breathing, tapping, self massage, yoga, and improvisation. The class starts with breathing technique, followed by full body tapping technique, yoga sequence and a self massage technique (acupressure).
