Homage to Tango

The irresistible sounds of Tango will fill the Symphony Space/Nimoy Thalia when superb musicians Polly Ferman, pianist, Sir N. Antonio Peruch, classical concert accordionist, and the Vaughan String Quartet perform “Homage to Tango,” featuring tangos by Astor Piazzolla and Daniel Binelli, famed Argentinian composer/bandoneonist, formerly with Piazzolla’s orchestra. The evening will also launch two CDs recorded by Peruch and Ferman with the Camerata Romeu string orchestra: “Loving: The Tangos of Astor Piazzolla” and “Homage to Tango: The Music of Daniel Binelli.”
