AzN PoP! Live in Concert.

At this perfect evening of musical satire, the fierce crew take on stereotypes against Asian Americans using original K-Pop-inspired songs, outrageous choreography and turnt Sailor Moon looks. AzN PoP! is the world’s first Asian American satirical “pop group,” and they’ll kick off their tour with this show in New York by dancing, singing, and rapping about boys, friendship, and systemic racism/oppression.

AzN Pop! is comprised of members Angel Yau (“Quirky Rice,” BBC), Iliana Inocencio (“Baby Rice,” Orange is the New Black), Anna Suzuki (“Edgy Rice,” New Amsterdam) and Maya Deshmukh (“Brown Rice,” Here After). See the show at Joe’s Pub on Thursday, May 18.
