Screening: animated short film DRAGONFLY

DRAGONFLY, an animated short film by Julia Morizawa about the Tokyo Firebombing of March 9-10, 1945, will be screening in “Shorts by the Sea Vol. 5” as part of a curated block of documentary, animated, and live-action short films. The film premiered at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival in May 2023 and was reviewed 10/10 by Film Threat who stated, “Dragonfly is a fantastic short that demands to be seen by everyone.”
