13 Moons features GrayHawk Perkins, a New Orleansborn Native American from the Choctaw and Houmatribes, who will perform a unique blend of blues, folk and jazz, intertwined with tribal rhythms, language and storytelling, with the France-based Mezcal Jazz Unit band.
