Programming Manager

WITF is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our radio programming efforts. We are looking for a leader who will be able to use their broadcasting knowledge to help grow our audience on both traditional and digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee our programming team, help create programming schedules that will appeal to our community, and collaborate with your colleagues on opportunities to promote programming with sponsors and donors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in broadcasting or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Candidates should have a proven track record of collaboration and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
