Advancing Leaders of Color in Fundraising Fellows Program

Cause Effective is excited to announce the second year of the Cause Effective Fellows Program: Advancing Leaders of Color in Fundraising. We are especially pleased to announce the availability of five slots in this ground-breaking program for Robin Hood grantees.

The Cause Effective Fellows Program: Advancing Leaders of Color in Fundraising brings together mid-career development professionals of color for a transformative experience that strengthens participants’ position in the field. Combining skills building, peer roundtables, unique opportunities to connect with nonprofit leaders and customized coaching and mentoring support, the Cause Effective Fellows Program is designed to support retention and build a pipeline of opportunity and growth for Development Directors of color. The program will launch virtually on January 20, 2021 and run through June 2021.

Five Development Directors of Color working for Robin Hood grantees will be offered full scholarships to the program.
