Painter Siyan Wong at Equity Gallery LES

Siyan Wong, an emerging artist, has two paintings on view at the Equity Gallery in the Five Points exhibition. Her paintings show the everyday life and struggles in the Chinatown community. Her work explores the dynamics of power in the human experience, and aims to put the Asian American experience visually in galleries and beyond. On view are “Dim Sum in Manhattan Chinatown” and “Work in Abundance.”
