Seasonal Associate Company Manager

Barrington Stage Company (BSC), an award-winning theatre in the Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Seasonal Associate Company Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented and is responsible for assisting in the organization of travel, housing and the day to day personal needs of our seasonal staff and artists.

This position reports to the Company Manager. It is full-time, seasonal position, starting immediately through October 22, 2023. Salary is $700 per week, plus housing.

Responsibilities

● Assisting in coordination of air/ground transportation
● Airport and train station pickups and drop offs
● Assisting in housing assignments and set up
● Set up and break down of special events

Requirements

Qualifications
• Previous Company Management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, upbeat, self-starter!
• Strong desire and enjoyment of taking care of the personal needs of staff and artists
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Valid driver’s license required, personal vehicle preferred
