Theatre for a New Audience seeks a highly experienced, dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to direct its $13.6 Million Capital Campaign. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement, this role will work closely with the Managing Director, Founding Artistic Director, Campaign and Board leadership, and consultants. This is a full-time staff position requiring exclusive services, with an expected duration of two years.

Qualifications and Attributes: 7+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in mid- to large-size cultural nonprofits (strong individual giving/major gifts background preferred); successful track record of making individual solicitations in the $10,000+ category; ease with motivating and supporting volunteer solicitors; skill in creating prospect research profiles and planning events; and experience with planned giving. The ideal candidate will be an effective and persuasive communicator with exemplary writing skills, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, an enthusiasm for theatre, and a highly motivated and goal-oriented team player.
